Roll It Up Pillowcase (Beginner)

Finished size is 20×30″, fits a standard-size bed pillow. 

Materials for one Pillowcase
3/8 yard fabric for band
7/8 yard fabric for pillowcase body
(optional) 1.5 yards lace, piping, other trim

Applique Tote Bag (Next Step Beginner)

This lined tote bag measures 13″ long and 12″ wide. It’s perfect for a library bag, teachers gift, trick or treat bag or everyday tote. Applique and trim are optional, but good skill builders!

Materials:
1/2 yard Exterior Fabric
1/2 yard Lining (inside) Fabric
1/2 yard Fusible Fleece (45″ wide)
1-2 yards Webbing (1″ – 1.5″ wide)
1/2 yard trim (rickrack, etc.) optional
Steam-a-Seam 2 lite (piece large enough for desired applique)
