Well, as you were, I’m sure, I was very excited about my fabric.com coupon (see post below)! I had received a Christmas bonus that was set aside to be used toward decorating my house, which we moved into 3 or 4 years ago now (?)… I was able to snag up these Heather Bailey fabrics…
Well, as you were, I’m sure, I was very excited about my fabric.com coupon (see post below)! I had received a Christmas bonus that was set aside to be used toward decorating my house, which we moved into 3 or 4 years ago now (?)… I was able to snag up these Heather Bailey fabrics for almost 1/2 price, plus my coupon, PLUS free shipping, since I spent over $35 dollars! WHOO HOOO! I’m thinking couch pillows? kitchen accessories? small quilt?
Also, I got my copy of the Connecting Threads catalog and I couldn’t get this collection out of my mind. It’s called “Riviera“. I’ve never ordered from Connecting Threads, and with the great price of the fabric (1/2 of what most quilting fabric costs), I wonder about the quality, but I got 2 charm packs and a yard of the brown polka dot to try out. I’ll let you know how it goes! Maybe a table topper?

Oh these look great! I think the Heather Bailey choices will make some excellent pillows! As for what I am sewing now… I am trying to convince my cheapy machine that a zig zag stitch is not a high order to do on a small doll sized patchwork piece with minky on the back! I think I am about to throw in the towel so I can start on other projects!
