So you know from previous posts how hooked I am on swimsuits…WELL…I just got an email from Burdastyle.com featuring a new swimsuit pattern called “Cindy”!! I LOVE IT! Don’t you think this would make a great after-baby suit? All the shirring hides imperfections in the midsection and the skirt could be adjusted to any length….

I LOVE IT! Don’t you think this would make a great after-baby suit? All the shirring hides imperfections in the midsection and the skirt could be adjusted to any length. Plus – it’s a tankini! My only concern is that the skirt would emphasize my pear shape instead of complement it. I think I’ll wait to make mine until some other burda members post their creations so I can see it on a REAL woman. (Don’t get me wrong, this gal is cute, but not many of us can brag her size or shape!). Pattern downloads for $3.50. What do you think?
You could make a regular bottom, especially if your legs look good, (with all that running they sould!).
