Hi! I’m Jaime. I’ve been sewing since I was 15 and enjoy sharing what I make and what I’ve learned about sewing with others.
I have been interested in crafting since I was a little girl thumbing through a 1970’s craft book my aunt gave me. In high school I started sewing and made my Junior Homecoming dress, several cotton shift dresses, a quilt for my mom and many other things. I was hooked!
I studied Home Economics in college and earned a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Clothing Construction. I have worked for Viking and Pfaff sewing machines, as an Alterations Manager for David’s Bridal, and currently sew from my home.
I am currently transitioning from selling handmade goods to primarily teaching sewing classes. That doesn’t mean I’ll never take another custom order, but I’d love to meet you in one of my classes and possibly help you create something you’ve always wanted! Thanks for stopping by!
